Carlos, thank you so much. It was one of the best days of the summer. I really recommend sailing in the afternoon with the sunset. The colour of the sea was stunning, the boat soooo beautiful. We even saw dolphins. We’ll definitely be back.

You can message us on WhatsApp or use the form at the end of this page. Let us know how many people are in your group, which type of trip you’re interested in, and what dates you have in mind. We will check availability and reply within minutes.

Confirm your booking with a 50% deposit
Once the date and trip type have been agreed, secure your place by paying 50% of the total. You can pay via Stripe, Bizum or bank transfer. You can also pay by PayPal, although a 4% handling fee applies.

On the day, enjoy your trip!
The meeting point will be confirmed 2–3 days before departure, depending on weather conditions. Meet there at the agreed time. Pay the remaining 50% on the day of departure. From then on, all that’s left to do is enjoy yourself!

The meeting point
The meeting point depends on weather conditions — Carlos confirms it 2 or 3 days before departure. This lets us sail in the area with the best conditions, ensuring a pleasant and safe experience.
When you book, you’ll receive booking confirmation. The exact meeting point and time arrive in writing 2–3 days before. You don’t need to find the boat — Carlos tells you where and when to meet.

How payment works
On booking confirmation — 50%
You pay 50% of the total price to secure your place. You can pay by Stripe, Bizum, bank transfer, cash or PayPal.
2–3 days before — meeting point
We confirm the exact meeting point, the time and everything you need for the day of departure.
On the day of departure — remaining 50%
The outstanding balance is paid on the day of the trip, before setting sail.

Returning customer discount
If you’ve sailed with IATU BOATS before and want to come back, you get a 10% discount on the trip price. Mention it when you get in touch.

- More than 7 days before — 100% refund
- Between 3 and 7 days — 20% retained from the total
- Less than 3 days — 50% retained from the total
